1. Dry your teeth.
2. Peel: Open the pouch and take out the teeth whitening strips. Handle whitening strips with dry hands. Peel Waving Palms teeth whitening strips from backing liner.
3. Stretch & Apply: Apply the lower teeth whitening strip first, then the upper whitening strip.
4. Wear the teeth whitening strips for 30 minutes.
5. Remove whitening strips and dispose of them properly. Rinse away any remaining gel and smile.

I have been wanting to whiten my teeth for a while and decided I would try my hand at whitening strips. I wasn’t expecting big results because I have never used strips before but the success I have had with these is incredible. I have very sensitive gums and found that these strips did not cause me any issues with sensitivity. The strips themselves adhere extremely well to my teeth and do not budge at all, no matter how much saliva is on them. My teeth are looking so much brighter, and I’ve been asked what I’m doing differently to my teeth. I think this product is well worth 5 stars and I highly recommend it to anyone that might be new to whitening strips or anyone who wants to achieve a beautiful smile!
